Issues of ecology and competition law are so connected to each other. Even in modern law and order, issues in one of these areas are often resolved to the detriment of another.
You may say that Ukrainian antitrust has much hotter issues than ecology. However, the development of industry and health of future generations depend on how the process of interaction between the competition regulation in Ukraine and goals of sustainable development will be established for now. Competition brings prosperity! The sustainable development must be part of prosperity.
Ukraine has all the chances to build a sustainable economy: the ecological atom takes the leading place in the energy sector, wide opportunities for the use of biofuels and conditions for the construction of renewable energy facilities continue to appear; more and more companies declare their commitment to sustainable development.
